Nestled within 21 acres of natural gardens, our hotel is built on a deep respect for the rhythms of the earth. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products, supported by dosing units that help us minimize chemical impact. Glass bottles, bamboo straws, bamboo toothbrushes, and plastic-free amenities are standard. Most of our toiletries are vegan and made with eco-certified ingredients.

Much of what we serve at breakfast comes directly from our own farm, Huysuz Çoban, just ten minutes away. “Farm to table” is not a trend here; it’s how we’ve always done things. From the refillable bathroom amenities to the fabric of our sheets and staff uniforms, every choice reflects our commitment to sustainability.

We actively monitor electricity, water, gas, and fuel use year-round, working constantly to reduce energy consumption. Our fully digital operations minimize paper waste, and our waste separation system ensures that all materials are properly recycled according to the national Zero Waste Program.

Supporting the local economy is another core value. Over 70% of our suppliers are local producers; a ratio we aim to grow each year.

Today, Kimera proudly holds both the official Zero Waste Certificate and the Level 3 Sustainable Tourism Certification awarded by the Republic of Türkiye’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
What matters most to us, however, is the mindset behind these recognitions:
